This is a review of the App, not the company. It crashes. Cancelled one trip planned ahead (as opposed to getting a cab right now) that I entered on the app. It gave no reason and the notification came through on SMS. I re enter the booking then it gave me the cancelled one back as well. Now there were two bookings at the same time. It also crashed halfway through all this. Ended up having to phone them up to work out what was going on.

mostly a good experience! negatives: time estimate is always wrong which makes it difficult to plan. also had some not so great driving experiences. All in all good value for money!

DO NOT USE THIS CAB FIRM! Since Data Cars took over my local cab firm the standards have plummeted. Pre-booking is a waste of time cos the drivers either arrive late or the operators are trying locate an available driver. Clearly they don't understand the process of pre-booking! They have performed poorly in the space of less than 2 weeks and the app is abysmal. I've already tweeted them and funnily enough the best service I've received from them is responding promptly to a negative tweet!
