Simply doesn't work with my new connected Eletta Explore machine. Says it's connecting, says the machine is ready, displays a green tick - and then instantly closes, every time! Fortunately, the machine works fine without this app - but the initial experience of the app is terrible. Might be a weak wifi signal - but the machine thinks it is connected. Will try switching to another connection - but the app should behave much better

Truly fantastic machine. And the app is promising. Occasionally it will work in sending in an order. But the menu only appears when the machine is on so you can't adjust your settings, but even when the machine is on, the app fails to save your custom settings at all. But today, the app logged me off and stayed in a circle of crashing.

The app is completely unusable. Try to create a new drink, there's zero coffee quantity and it can't be changed. Try to customize from an existing one, and it will do things like send it over with only milk and no coffee in it. Very clunky and awful. Have tried contacting support but haven't gotten a response yet. I'm going to try calling on Monday. For the price of this machine and the fact that this is a major advertise feature, there's no excuse for it to be this faulty and buggy.
