Great concept, not great execution. For me the main issue is it requires a lot of grinding. Each stage needs ten "defences", with 5 stages to each location. Weapons are expensive to upgrade, and locations take an age to unlock if you don't play it 24/7. I really want to like this game, the guns in the later stage look great, but for me it just takes way too much of doing the same thing over and over again to get anywhere.

the game is a repetitive slog. you have to complete at least 10 missions to go to the next stage and a single mission takes like 5 minutes. there's 50 stages btw. there's no progression like the flash game so it feels like I'm doing chores. Ammo is limited so older guns stop being viable. the "zoom" option is barely better than just not using it. there's no reload option while your gun still has bullets. the flash game is better.

This is a great game that gave me so many memories of my childhood. No ads unless you want another crate but it's not forced, and you can play without the ads very easily. Paid transactions for gold, which is a replacement for cash, but again you get tons of cash. I wish it had the system from dead zed 2. With the survivors and all. Instead, get a slower-level system, that's designed to let you play for a lot longer without beating the game. Unlike the other 2 that you can beat in 3 hours.
