Don't bother. If you are downloading this app because you got a pair of their earbuds please return them if you can and choose another product instead of this one. Their apps are very bad. They are translated poorly and it is hard to understand because of this. They have multiple apps for different products but your account isn't synced between them you will need to make an individual account for each app. The products themselves are very poorly made as well.

unfortunately after downloading the app my new earbuds just won't sync with the app. I followed all the instructions, tried pairing and umpiring with my phone, which they did, but will not connect to the app. This means that I have no control over the settings and balance of the buds.

Spent about half an hour trying and failing to simply pair some earbuds with this app. Due to being so badly translated the instructions are just vague and bizarre and don't relate to anything at all listed in the manual for the earbuds. The earbuds otherwise work absolutely fine with my phone so it REALLY shouldn't be that hard for this app to manage to pick them up
