Absolute shambles. I requested a taxi to get to the airport for an early flight 10 days in advance. No driver took the job and hence I was left at 3.40 am with the only option of waking partner up to drive us to Manchester. Unfortunately the staff on the 24 hour switchboard could do nothing to help, the guy dealing with my call was nice enough. Sorry but won't be using again. I understand the pressures but if this is how you deal with workload the company will disappear.

Unintuitive app, 2 taxis turned up one day, no way to calculate price before getting In, the map regulary breaks and cant see when tue car is close, sometimes delta randomly calls and the driver is nowhere to be foundthe taxi, overcharged by a driver who charged me more than neccecary whilst lost vision.

I would give this 5 out of 5 if they update the app in the preferences bit since for me sometimes it claims I am travelling with a cat, but don't even have a cat, but it would be beneficial to know what preferences are lit up but at least on the android app the colour remains white, ticked or not ticked.
