DigiHelp application is an integrated ticketing system that manages workflow and communications with customers and users. The Service Support officer and the Customer uses the HelpDesk application to track tickets and their progress in real-time. This application is integrated with other applications in the DigiCollect universe.
DigiHelp application provides real time tracking of all tickets in one place. Simple, easy to use and integrated with other DigiCollect applications Tickets can be created easily and assigned to the respective teams or support staff.
