The POLRI Korlantas Digital Application is the official application of the Indonesian National Police Corps which aims to provide convenience to Indonesians who need Korlantas services. In this application, people can use the menu:

Failed on digitalizing driver's license via manual entry and scan. Driver license extension via app is not available for some areas as they (polrestabes / samsat) can decide themselv to close their online service due to long queue, making this app unreliable. Saw some unnecessary field inputs when extending driver's license such as: place it was published the first time and date it was published. why and what do you need these for? The app already asked for our unique driver license number

The face verification is really hard. Please fix it. It shouldn't be this hard. It's ridiculous to spent so much time just to verify my NIK.

App works but needs improvement. I was finally able to log in by going back and using an alternative method that didn’t require sending an SMS. However, the app shouldn't rely on SMS for activation—it would be much better to use WhatsApp directly. Also, the STNK scanning feature doesn't work properly—the camera can't read my STNK at all. Please fix these issues to improve user experience.
