Good app when it's not crashing. Crashes EVERY time I go to maps, text, use the phone, incoming and outgoing calls. I have to restart the app in order to see any new orders, making it a total pain in the @ss to use. I've contacted the developers to release a new update, since the latest update was 10/2018, but have still not seen any progress. It worked fine with my last Android phone, but not with the new Android version 10...hundreds of crashes per day! Waybill, PLEASE fix this issue!

Absolutely horrible. No matter what you do, you cannot control Notifications, which sound every 30 seconds until you physically go into the app to silence it .. a HUGE problem & Dangerous while driving. The app takes over control of your phone, no matter what you do, WITHOUT PERMISSION! And forget about Technical Support: you will go into V/M and NEVER get a return call. Only go into the app when you know there is a job waiting, and closer out IMMEDIATELY.

Arguably the most frustrating app I ever experienced. My dispatcher probably thinks I had a learning disability after dealing with this app. Confirm the pick-up: simple enough? Nope you have to repeat this a few times before it acknowledges you did it Pick -Up: told not enter any data, crashes, re-comfirm you...get this "Confirmed the Pick-Up" Drop - Off: Enter the receivers data you previously entered but wait it's gone!
