Ratings and reviews

Suddenly too loud when the ads start. Great feature to annoy people. Watchlist is limited so we can save only a few to the list. Many times when a movie or episode has been completed watching it doesn't show as completed. No option to remove from continue watching list on the TV app. On mobile, the remove from continue watching doesn't work many times.

I'm a UX Designer which makes me judge user's experience of an app by default. Recently, I planned to watch an English movie. Despite my watch content, I should have access to change the language/genre in the very first screen, but I have to scroll a long way to see them, which seems to be really underwhelming. Even I get to select the language, there must be some filter for movies and TV shows, but It displays all in one go which is pretty tiring. I hope this feedback helps to improve.

The stream keeps loading forever. Tried restarting the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried using in other devices, tried using different ID, it keeps happening. It's really frustrating. Tried connecting to different wifi network as well. Not sure if there's anything else to do.
