Ratings and reviews

okay the doctors are doing some other tasks while looking at the patients. It's like a side hustle for them, never gives enough attention. and sometimes if doctor doesn’t pick up your phone/call you, you can't even cancel the appointment, going to livechat is also useless since they don’t available most of the time and also doesn’t want to cancel. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO PUT A DAMN CANCEL BUTTON WHEN YOUR DOCTOR DOESN'T APPEAR AFTER 10 MINUTES WAITING TIME!

They provide extreme security on their app which is very unnecessary and tiring for customers. This is not a banking app or social media app but they still put unnecessary security check. You literally will get blocked from loging in if you don't receive the code for network issues and the waiting time is more than 6 hours which is higher than any big social media/ banking app. People will need this app when they are in emergency then why should they wait 6 hours? This is absolute mockery

"Absolutely useless app. Tried to consult a doctor but either the app crashes, or no doctors are available. Wasted my time and energy—might as well just Google my symptoms. Total scam."
