Furious and Annoyed. I purchased the annual plan last week yet my account status still reads "FREE USER" therefore I am unable to use anything this app has to offer. I have spoken to multiple customer service representatives and not a single one of them has fixed the issue nor offered any type of compensation. Oh, did I forget to mention in the mobile app the "HELP" menu literally opens up to a blank page and "SETTINGS" gives option of logging out and that's it??! I want my money back.

A lot of my photos and videos were corrupted while transferring from phone storage to my SD card. After googling and reading the description of what this app can do, I decided to buy the premium package. I was hoping it would fix the problem, but it did not. The corrupted files were still there. I would like a refund please. The premium package is expensive and what was offered was falsely advertised.

I've accidentally purchased subscription and it has been so tiresome to get a refund back .you are asked to contact Google play...later asked to email wonder share..to make it worse I didn't even have any authentication of the money transfer....all their feedback is just making me send email every now and then and still not getting any help .....am really getting tired...and in pain for how reckless that payment was....please help me find out if I can get a refund in more faster and efficiently.
