You play both architect and landlord in this fanciful new sim, and it's up to you to furnish your ideal abode with anything from arcade games to saunas to convenience stores. Certain combinations can power up your rooms...and their rent. Put an HDTV and game console together to make a game room, or a grand piano and painting together to make a fine arts room!

Rise up the rankings of real estate fame and you might reel in some celebrity tenants, ranging from hit singers to soccer stars!

Ratings and reviews

Huge Kairosoft fan, this is probably their weakest game. While far from the most egregious example in this industry, the game includes a multitude of microtransactions that interfere with (but don't outright stop) gameplay. The gameplay itself is, as with all Kairosoft titles, legitimately fun and engaging, but don't expect to 100% it without either putting in signficant time, or paying for extra tickets

I have kept coming back to this game over the past 5 years, I go through a strange period where I am addicted, similar to the Sims. The graphics are retro and are fun, as are the animations of the characters which I can watch for hours on end. I may end up purchasing some of the other games but you just can't top this, pets, children, careers, marriage.

This game is fantastic and so addictive; there are times when I can't put my phone down! The gameplay is great, and the characters are super cute. There could be more variation, since all the tenants seem to have one path through life; start as a student/part timer, get a job, get married, have kid(s), etc. I think it would be cool to add I.e. child adoption, so that we could see I.e. single parents. Anyways, please keep updating and improving! Thanks :)
