Ratings and reviews

It's a much needed service to be able to book a driver. But unfortunately DriveU is not able to provide enough drivers on the platform and even if they do provide, it's unreliable, either the booking gets cancelled or the driver is perpetually late. Once in a while if the driver does turn up on time and is well trained, it's a delight!

I love the service. I got us a very good driver and, coincidentally the same driver for the two trips we booked, a month or so apart. We would like to see a few improvements in the app. One is to also provide the charges for 3 hours and 5 hours. The app provided charges for 1,2,4,6 hours. Secondly, the Adhaar card and driving license details should be pre sent to us once the driver is Allotted. Right now there is no such step in the process

There are certain things that you guys need to work on. Firstly, you provide the driver's info 30 mins prior to the booking time. Sometimes the driver changes their mind at that last moment and our entire plan falters. Secondly, for the love of God, please provide an option for 3 Hours of booking, especially in a round-trip booking. It is either 2 hrs or it doubles to 4 hrs and that creates a tremendous issue for both us and drivers as well. I hope you'll look into these issues.
