Booked a taxi on the app at 7am for a noon pick up. The app confirmed the booking but at 12 the booking had disappeared. Customer service blamed customers for closing the app too early instead of admitting they use a faulty app. Missed my train. Would not recommend.

App is pure garbage. Google Pay just errors, so you have to use a card. I pre-booked hours in advance to get to a hospital appointment, yet it didn't try to find me a driver until 10 mins before my pickup time. 7 mins after my pickup time, it was still looking for a driver. After I hit cancel, it then told me a driver was on the way but cancelled with no ability to choose otherwise despite showing options behind the cancelling message. Don't waste your time, just get an Uber like I had to.

When it works it works, but now and then it goes through phases of issues saying it can't find drivers or when the developer accidentally uses their test Google payments instance. They seem to have no real change control or testing when doing updates to the app, I sort of dread to think how much money they lose. Also the pre-book feature is useless, it doesn't do anything different than if you'd requested the booking at the same time manually, so you'll still end up waiting potentially 30-60min
