Foreground Service and Location Usage:
My Neighbor Driver uses a foreground service with a persistent notification to enable continued location tracking while
the driver is online or fulfilling an order

This feature is required for :
1. Show navigation and routing between pickup and drop-off points.
2. Dispatch updated location in real time and keep the customer know.
3. Continue location updates even if the app is running in the background

How drivers know that foreground service is running:
1. A persistent notification is always shown in the system tray while location tracking is active
2. Foreground service only starts when the driver is on-bid (online) and accepts an order.
3. Foreground service will stop when the driver off-bid.
