EAM360 is a simple, easy to use, and intuitive application with minimal clicks and equips Managers with the right set of information. It is an Enterprise Business App with a social app flavor & usability. This App helps Managers to review and approve purchase requests (PR) Purchase orders (PO) and Invoices (INV).

It is built as a native Android application and works on Android phones and tablets. It complies with all business rules of IBM Maximo and can be installed as an add-on application to Maximo without any additional infrastructure. This Application works in offline and online modes and integrates seamlessly with IBM Maximo.

Key Features

- The user can review Purchase requests (PR), Purchase orders (PO) & Invoices (INV) waiting for action and can approve or reject.
- The user can view workflow assignments of Purchase requests (PR), Purchase orders (PO) & Invoices (INV) and route the records by invoking the appropriate workflow options
- The user also has an option to call the buyer/ contact person of the record ( PR/PO/ INV) from the app to get clarifications related to the assigned records
- The user can view the documents attached with the Purchase requests (PR), Purchase orders (PO) & Invoices (INV) records
