The company Energy Catamarca SAPEM offers users a mobile care center so they can have access to their business information, adding a new channel of communication with the company.
This application aims primarily to improve communication of the EC SAPEM with more than 120,000 users throughout the province. Among its features, users can enter claims outages by accidents or weather events and to track them graphically display the historical evolution of their consumption and maturities of these, consult supply data, receive notices of scheduled outages as well as knowing the opening hours, contact numbers and information about places and forms of payment.
