Your service is pathetic, 20th March I registered a request for service of my water purifier but till now, no one has visited. Calling customer care is useless. They will keep on responding the same lines that they will visit in two working days. It is now 25 days. At the time of purchase, you promise lots of thing, but after that there is no response. Highly recommended not purchase eureka Forbes product. Naam bade aur Darshan chote.

In response to many emails to inform the Customer care of EFL about non attending of Mandatory service due under AMC Gold,they send replies promising to attend with in 24hrs. After two and a half months delay and numerous delays ,a Technician named REBIN MELBIN came for service in September 2025. After he went ,the Aquaguard Purifier started leaking,but he never came for rectification of the fault. This App is advised to be installed for verifying the ID of Technician but not enabled....

Sir, After assining complain from BP package its takes an hour's to receive the complain in this app even after refreshing continuously to 3or four hours. I am very irritated with this app, it is far more difficult to release complain from this app rather then visiting customer house and resolving the customer's aquaguard issue. Kindly look into this matter seriously.
