I have a credit card with EIB and this application is very good generally but its funny to see on the Explore tab, " best suited for you" message with offers and products, but when I click on Deposit account or savings account option to open a new account, the application gives a message that I do not have an account with EIB and I should visit a branch. How unfriendly is that, in this digital age when new accounts are created with just an Emirates ID by competitor banks' mobile apps.

After last update, always getting "smart pass token invalid or expired", when using thumbprint. It works after 2 or 3 times of retry! Despite several updates, still NO option for credit card limits setup. No option to set daily or montly limits on credit cards, and NO option to redeem credit cards rewards using the mobile app, EVEN WITH THE NEW EI+, EVEN BOTH ACCOUNT AND CREDIT CARD BALANCE DOESNT GET AUTOMATICALLY REFRESHED!

Hi, Compared to other banking systems, it's really complelicates . Not friendly , and difficult to reach to the services. Update and verification of EID , though done , still useless, we can't use the services as still not verified (wasting time and annoying ) Regards
