Should not have bought the EKG Pro, this app is a joke. All it does is update the firmware, no product information or support. I had tons of issues getting the app to connect via Bluetooth to the kettle and when that was successful it wouldn't recognize my WiFi. Took hours just to do that. Connect to the Bluetooth device, connect to the WiFi. I've never had such a bad experience with something so simple.

Freezes everytime it tries to find a WiFi connection. Has never worked so far. I guess Fellow doesn't pay any attention to these reviews since every one so far is a 1 star. I've contacted Fellow support and their only suggestion is to do a factory reset of the kettle. Tried that but of course it didn't help. The issue is this piece of junk updater app.

I've had no issues with the app, it easily connected and updated the firmware. I'd like an update where spinning the dial is twice as fast, because it only goes up and down in degrees, not half degrees. Nobody needs their tea heated to within a half degree.
