I've just noticed that if heat is turned on via the wall thermostat that the app doesnt reflect it as being "On" (I'm pretty sure it did before.) And STILL : 1) Like others I've found (and so has my partner on a different handset) that a lot of times "Apply Boost" does nothing but show the spin icon and eventually time out, requiring a "force quit" and relaunch. 2) While the app now records APP activity in the log (for every APP user), it fails to record activity initiated from the thermostat!

Hi Ener, Thank you for your update. The issues you describe with lagging and force quit are usually handset related. In regard to your suggestion RE app data, thanks its been noted, we currently only log EMBER data and not the hardware input, but this may be possible in a future update. - Terry EMBER

Used the app for a few years now, and I was happy enough, even if it was always buggy, but now it doesn't work half of the time. The Boost function is especially temperamental. I select Boost and it keeps loading, but have to close the app and retry a few times before the selection is successful, and then nothing happens and I have to get up and press the button on the boiler to get it to work.

Disaster of an app and system. I've tried everything possible with this system. I've moved the wifi bridge to right beside the timeclock, replaced all the batteries in the stats, reset more times than I care to remember. App reports back heating is on when it isn't. Reports back incorrect room temps and regularly drops off the app completely. Not happy!, this system wasn't cheap. Not fit for purpose. BTW Electrician here with over 30 years experience. I'll be ripping it out!
