my rep put me onto this app so we can get rewards for selling the brands we already have. it's really cool and super easy to use! I definitely recommend it! customer service is awesome as well! can't say that about many other apps ;) -edit- 5\17\25 just an update cause I have worked with support several times now and they are fantastic! and fast too!

App constantly asks to re log in and is never successful. Forces to reset password with nearly every use and that takes multiple attempts if it even works at all. Staff are not likely to actually use something like this with so many roadblocks to use. Also there's no support buttons on the log in, so if you run into trouble you're just out of luck. I've never had a successful experience with this app after attention to use it over the years for training and sales contests.

Norhing works the way it should. This app is extremely buggy and feel unfinished. The links to take you to shopping sites do not work, and the discount codes do not appear nor can they be copied and pasted anywhere else. It's unfortunate that this platform is only available as an app, since it is so poorly executed. It presents little value to brands that pay for the service, and little to retail employees who cannot access the rewards.
