Record your working hours on the go using your smartphone or tablet. Book activities and material consumption immediately on site to the customer order.

Regardless of whether your employees are currently in the workshop, on the construction site or in the cemetery: the mobile device becomes a mobile time clock. In addition, every employee can see what work needs to be done. He can record the working time spent on it by simply pressing "Start", "Interrupt" and "Done" at the start, interruptions and end, just like with a stopwatch. In addition, unplanned or additionally required work can be noted immediately and the time required for this can be recorded. Materials used on site or additionally required can also be added to the order.

The data is transferred to your ERP Expert program and saved there. The working hours can then be further processed by your human resources department. The order-related times and material consumption serve as proof of performance and are the basis for your invoicing.

Note: The app is the mobile supplement to the ERP Expert program from Schubert Software GmbH. It requires an ERP Expert installation in your company and a mobile license. For mobile use within your company, a WLAN connection from the mobile device to the network of your ERP Expert server is sufficient. For real-time access from locations beyond the range of your WiFi, your company network requires a fixed, public IP address and port forwarding to your server. All your data is exchanged directly between your server and your mobile devices. None of your data will be sent to us, Schubert Software GmbH, or third-party partners.
