Work Order Features:
• Receive scheduling notifications for new dispatches.

• Present a complete quote to your customer with the ability accept or reject items with the final price adjusting accordingly. Rejected items are saved in the customer account, allowing you to review these items on future visits.
• Scan QR or bar code of a part or serial number to quickly find and add items on quotes and invoices.
• Create, view, email, and print service quotes & invoices.
• Process payments & prepayments, including PCI compliant credit card processing.
• Capture customer authorization & acceptance signatures.

Ratings and reviews

Slow, way to many steps to do what you want and no auto words on top of keyboard. Just a bad layed out app. It was not designed by a technician and it shows. I hate using it but am forced to. I would NEVER recommend starting to use it. Look for other programs. If I could I would rate it lower!!!! Hope they read these and fix the thing!!!!

I didn't know you could take a bad app that worked ok and make it worse with this one. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The old app was ok but this is awful. Constant crashes, won't fetch info most of the time, and failed uploads. 0 out of 10 stars would not recommend! Stopped working again had to uninstall and reinstall to make it work again. We are now into -star territory.

Bring back the old app. I have to delete this one once a month or better so it will even load my jobs. At this point paperwork is more efficient and effective. Should have been happy it crashing once a month. Now it about once a week I have to delete it and re-download. Wish my boss had to use this app, maybe we could get rid of it! still is horrible, now after the update I can't read the history for customer location. App keeps crashing too.
