This application allows the citizens of Paraguay to register interactions directed to the Empresa de Servicios Sanitarios del Paraguay S.A. (ESSAP), among which are: Claims, Queries, Opinions, Complaints, etc.
These interactions are processed directly by ESSAP officials in the Integrated Water, Sanitation, Works and Claims System of ESSAP, allowing comprehensive monitoring of all interactions, from data collection through the application; their derivation between the different departments of ESSAP that intervene in their solution; assigning work crews to solve problems in the field; until the final response to users.
