About this app

ETKOM is an ETPOS module to manage orders in a restaurant, cafe or snack bar. Allows you to use the invoicing software to send orders directly from the tables to the kitchen or to another section for preparation. At the same time, it makes it possible to manage its status (pending, in preparation, unavailable and completed) through an Android device.

Orders are registered in ETPOS and then sent to the device in the kitchen, with an audible warning (optional). No need for operators to move from tables to the kitchen, for cooks to unravel notes on a notepad or even print papers.

// Better Communication
The entire team is always aware of requests. Waiters can send them directly to colleagues in the kitchen, and when the status of orders changes, they receive an automatic notification in ETPOS.

// Time optimization
ETKOM records the time each order takes to prepare. It automatically classifies orders according to the time spent preparing them and sends changes to their status to ETPOS, which contributes to better time management in the kitchen and throughout the restaurant.

This module adapts to the needs and preferences of the team. The interface is adaptive to the device and customizable. It gives the possibility to choose between dark mode and light mode and between 3 backgrounds for the desktop. It also allows you to change the dimensions of the letters, the colors of the status of the orders, among others...
