Customer care application via smart mobile phones of the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC), supporting customers to update information promptly, quickly and conveniently about electricity usage. The application supports customers using electricity in 07 provinces and cities in the Central Highlands region from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa.

The main functions of the application include:
Notification: The system will proactively send messages to the application when there is a notification about electricity bills, power outage schedules, power outages, etc.

Lookup: Electricity customers can look up electricity usage, electricity collection points and schedules, load charts, etc.

Online electricity services: request to register to buy electricity, change customer information, access online payment websites.

Other utilities: monitor daily electricity usage, consumption warnings, etc.

App stuck at welcome screen. Android 15, Pixel 8 pro. Updated on 29 June 2025, still not working on my phone. The app never get update to resolve while the rate is still increased? Update August 04, still stuck at the startup screen while trying other apps EVNHVC and EVNHCMC still works fine and shows login.

Good enough to use. But there is a bug: app keep spamming me notification about my paid electric payment. 5 duplicate messages.

Really bad app and the worst customer service support
