Ratings and reviews

The software appears to be promising. However, I can't figure out how to access their "learning plan" beyond the A1 and A2 levels, which are too basic for me. I've contacted support, who hasn't provided any helpful feedback yet. I don't want to spend weeks on the A-level content in order to unlock the B and C levels. Unless they can provide a means for me to access the higher level content quickly, I won't be renewing my subscription. Reducing to 1 star because support replied only one time

this app is terrible. I have no idea how it got 4.8 stars. using it to learn Spanish . I tested out of beginner basics, but it started me on there anyway. multiple mistakes on every page of reading, where the definitions of words are incorrect. found repeated words that have no definition and no way to mark them for review. also, random book selection with no apparent regard to your level of understanding. this should be listed as the free beta edition.

I really like content. Love the books and video snippets. Basically Duolingo on steroids, without the owl. Never liked the 'competition' aspect. It's bad enough having 'streaks.' I would much prefer just moving through the content. Also, the necessity of yet another "subscription". I would much rather buy a set of content and purchase additional as necessary. Then it's mine to go back and re-use, or add to, just like any library. Affordability is a 'thing.'
