Download the Eargo app to personalize your Eargos for your hearing needs and lifestyle preferences. Whether you’re out dining, in a meeting, or watching TV from the comfort of your home, you can be sure you won’t miss a beat. Need additional support or have questions for one of our Eargo experts? No problem! Connect with us under “Contact Eargo” in the app’s Help menu.

Features:

- Use Sound Match to personalize your device to your unique hearing needs. Sound Match appears automatically during first-time app use and can be accessed anytime from the app menu.

- Configure settings like Volume, Treble, and Bass within each program and for each ear. (Features vary by product.)

- Make situational adjustments to your hearing devices from the app. Change the program, mute/unmute, and increase/decrease the Noise Filter for your preferred speech clarity. (Features vary by product).

- Easily access How-to Videos, help articles and the full-length user guide.

- Reference the Eargo 30-day Tutorial to help you adapt to Eargo devices.

- Set up and manage Alerts and Reminders to help keep your devices in tip-top shape.

This product hardly ever works. I try to connect and it won't. Something went wrong, it says. Try again. It doesn't work this time, either. I wouldn't have to connect if the hearing aids worked better, but they don't. I call support and they give me tips that don't help. The first set they sent wouldn't charge, they said it was cleaning. I do that meticulously. They sent another set. Different problem,same result. I'm stuck with them now. My next ones will be from someone else.

App connects to charger, but fails during update at 3 min. Reinstalled app with same result. Called tech support and was told the issue would be sent to software support and she would call me back in about an hour, that was 6 hours ago...I am unable to use the app, because it won't allow me to get past updating. There is no download page on their website, or tools available for troubleshooting. I'm also less than thrilled with their website. Day 2 and so far unimpressed.

My phone easily paired with the charger. The app correctly identified the serial numbers of the charger and both hearing aids so I know the phone is "talking" to the charger. But none of the controls work. Not one. No Sound Match, no volume control, no filter selection. In reading past reviews, this is a known problem but Eargo has no solution. I'd go so far as to say it's false advertising.

Improvements for our remote control feature and support for additional phones, including the S22, are currently underway and should be available very soon!
