Ratings and reviews

Customer service is the best. Fine adjustment of your Eargo devices is simple and easy with this app. I have used it on two phones of different quality and this app works well. Want something you don't see or have any questions, they are there for you and they usually resolve your issue within 24 hours by message or email. Or call them on the phone. They are prompt to call back if they are on the phone when you call. I usually reach a person about half of the time.

Version 1.5 gets stuck on "connecting to charger" which of course you have to do way too much and will only work for me if you have the Eargos in the charger. I had to uninstall the latest version and re-install it to get it to work. Seems we're going backwards on app functionality.

Just got the Eargo Neo HiFi hearing aids downloaded this app and found it about cluncky to use, though may be better after using it for a while. However, having to have the units in the charger is a huge drawback! The app should connect directly to the aids so that programming changes can be made as needed.
