Pocklington library staff always very helpful and caring. I always feel like I am amongst friends when I go in. The staff go the extra mile - if they don't know ( not often) they will always go out of their way to find out the answer. I have moved house a few times in different parts of the UK. I would say Pocklington is top of my list in every aspect of a librarian. Thank you everyone for helping me when I needed it. Susan Wheeler

Can't login. I signed up. Went and picked up my library card. Downloaded this app tried logging in and it "doesn't recognise my credentials"
