The EASTWING app increases the quality of life in everyday life by connecting you as a resident with the property management and offering you real estate-related services. It provides you as a user with a digital network for a lively and urban district.
The app is built on the pillars of administration, social and services.
You can now manage all important documents (e.g. rental agreement and utility bill) in one software or simply contact the administration directly. You will also always have an eye on upcoming appointments such as maintenance work in the future.
Stay in touch with your neighbors and exchange ideas. The well-known social functions such as chat and home feed with comment and like functions are of course available.
Your app connects various service providers and their services with direct booking and billing processing, thus creating a comfortable everyday life for you. In the future, you will be able to manage parcel acceptance and collection via the app. You can also use the restaurant overview or book the cleaning service! Booking common rooms is also simplified.
