No support available from Mr Harper , sent him 4 emails, with no reply, made numerous calls going to the answering machine which he never listens to cause it's always full. All I am requesting Mr Harper to un-activate my registration from my mobile from their server. My phone screen is damaged and cannot open any apps.

Good app however my previous phone broke and that was the end of all my record history. You cannot recover without deactivating from the previous device. Disappointing

It's a trap, you pay £115 thinking you're buying the software, you're not. In the very small print you'll end up paying every year for this.
