Ratings and reviews

Trying to upload my APRC, and I already wasted 5 days on it without success. When I use the app to take the picture, their system blurs the image, they they complain that it ia blurred. When I upload a photo of the card, their system cuts off the sides of the photo, and they complain again that not all of the card is on the picture. And in each case it took 1-3 days to have any feedback from them while they "process" the image. Low quality customer experience, almost doesn't worth the effort.

I could not complete the registration at all despite having entered correct information of my ARC. They declined my application because of wrong information and photo not being complete. There is obviously something wrong with the checking system.

while there are features i'd like to see, the app is well worth using if you don't like carrying physical cards around.
