Cannot retrieve account. I am unable to retrieve my account after I lost my password. Please advise! App needs better format for viewing and is not user friendly. Also many details are not uploaded and there are many glitches.

this application destroyed my career. Ever since I installed it, my dog died 💀, my dad left me 🏃‍♂️ and never came back. I wish I never downloaded this bamboozled app. pls dont install it 🙏 🥀 💔 😭

first it is a very bad application and very poor data reviews... after changing my mobile phone can not login any more to this application and no one can reset my password after asking the person on charge to help till now and more them 2 months no answer... i don't recommend anyone to install it cause it is not hopeful and not usable
