last month i could pay for packages online just fine, now after entering my card info the app just gets stuck on "redirecting" forever. my package is still waiting in the machine :/

Rating the service, because I couldn't register at all. The verification mail never came. I called the client service, they also tried to solve the issue without success. They removed the POS terminals at the automats and force the clients to register in one of their apps. As much as I didn't want to, I installed the app to be able to take my package. Now I have to go to an office to pay there and after that I will be able to get my package out of the automat. Thank you for the service!

That's the most useless app I've ever installed. Practically it's doing nothing, not showing details about the parcels sent to me. Every time I make an order, I never find details about the parcel in the app, it's always showing zero items found, even when searching with parcel number generated by Econt. I don't see the reason of developing an app that is doing nothing. They've spent years to develop this, just ridiculous. I will stop ordering at all when Econt is the single option for delivery.
