About this app

According to the new ordinance for safeguarding the energy supply via medium-term effective measures (Medium-Term Energy Supply Securing Measures Ordinance - EnSimiMaV), owners of gas central heating (including floor heating) must have their system checked by a heating engineer, energy consultant or chimney sweep from October 1st, 2022.

Obligation to check and optimize the heating system:

A short checklist specifies four test points for natural gas-powered heating systems, the results of which must be documented in text form:

Is the installed system adjusted to efficient operation?
Is hydraulic balancing necessary?
Are efficient heating pumps used?
Are pipes and fittings adequately insulated?
If a need for optimization is determined, a corresponding catalog of actions, such as lowering the flow temperature or night-time reduction, is available to increase efficiency.

With the app, you can record this data on site and share it directly with the office. There the project file can be imported into the desktop software HSETU Efficiency Check and the result can be printed out.
