6. Return the ElecRide to a designated parking zone shown in the app.
7. End your ride.

Way overcharged me using false information. Very misleading. You must find a parking area, which is hard to find. Service is shoddy and the app continues to charge long after you have parked. Says prepayment will slow to a stop when money runs out, slowed to a stop, no way to access the app. Turns out it was auto charging my card for several hours that were unused.

A disaster!!!! This only works within certain zones and you may not realize this until you are well outside the zone. Then when I tried to return the scooter, the app refused to turn it off, even after I navigated to the parking spot that should have provided bonus points. Eventually I had to abandon the scooter in the correct zone, without the app ending the ride. If I could give this zero stars, I would!

Glitchy app. Have to pay 15$ up front to set up a balance so forget riding once. you also can't ride if your balance is low (<3$ which is more than enough for a ride) so whatever is leftover they essentially steal. Map doesn't show you where you are and scooters aren't in sync with app - one locked itself but the meter on my phone kept going so I paid even though the scooter was locked... Use a different app, this one is terrible.
