Fortunately Electronic Partners is better as a company than its app. The best thing about this app is that it makes it easy to telephone the company. I sent a device to be fixed and in the process the app was no use at all in obtaining a quote or making a payment. When it came to showing me the quote it just showed the £ sign and then nothing. I didn't even try to pay via the app. So how did I manage? Electronic Partners, independently of the app, sent me emails.
