Probably since the most recent update I only get a "unknown error has occurred" error whenever I try to log in through the app. I updated my password from my computer just in case,as I thought someone had gotten access to my account somehow but it seems to just be the app. I see responses from the developers saying to other reviews that this has been restored to work, but why am I still not able to log in? I can do it from a computer but not my phone?

I've been using this app for years. Something just changed with credit card payments, and I suspect it's they are now out sourcing their credit card management. I used to be able to review and pay my credit card bill from my phone, but now it seems they have decided to switch to using pop ups in the elements app, and given no instructions on how to allow pop ups on a smartphone, so I guess I'm going to have to break out the actual laptop every time I want to pay my credit card bill now. So I can still use the app for my other online banking needs, but it sucks now for paying my credit card bill. They've done this before and it pissed me off then, but then they fixed it, and now they've done it again.

Since the recent update it takes me 4-5 tries to log in (if I'm lucky). Before then I had zero issues with the login process. I've already reached out to tech support over a month ago and still no update or solution. It's hard to use a bank that touts ease-of-access via app when the app doesn't work (personal or business account).
