I used the app to see what items were on the list, and when I bought the items, it did not pay for them. But they paid for it the last time I bought it. When I called customer service, he kept telling me the item wasn't on the list. And I'm telling him the app says it's on it. We kept going back and forth. I said I was done. If you're gonna have a program, at least make it easy for people to use and add some labels on the product that is actually on the list. And fix the app.

Completely useless (but highly secure). I can't sign in without manually entering the password suggested by my browser when I signed up (which is long and unmnemonic). I installed the app to determine item eligibility by scanning UPC codes in stores, but that can't be done without signing in first and the creators have sabotaged that process by disabling Google's password manager for their app. Very poor!

I think Elevate Medicare Flex is for people who really need it to help them get food, and order over counter benefits medicine it's good program for people who really deserve it 😄 I just want to say thank you and may God bless you all
