I had the old enabley app which was working fine in advance of me doing a course. I saw the update message so update is what i did. Now I wish I'd never bothered I cannot get into the app for love nor money. What account name am I supposed to use? The company name or my name are not correct Never been a fan of updates as always proves to create a problem yet if you don't youre told your at risk Please advise🙄

Can't even login from the get go it asks for an account name but no idea what to is or no way to find it out

It doesn't work. I'm trying to sign in with my email and get an exception error. User friendly error message to indicate what the issue is would be preferable.
