I have a Spanish mobile subscription, I tried to register. Did everything asked, then they sent me an email to verify. I opened the link it just says account activation, no further details. I tried to log in and it says I don't exist, I repeated the tasks, same issue again. I went to their website and it looks to have some type of bug, keeps on reloading again and again. If they can't keep their app and website attached I have a bad feeling about their meters.

You receive the email of new invoice before the invoice is available in the app. Then when you go to check it in the app the service is unavailable. By the time the service is available again in the app, you are charged. This sums up everything about Endesa as a company.

So I took a note of my energy usage last month and in the 10 days prior to billing, according to the app, I used treble my usual energy consumption! Two of those days the house was empty but it shows extremely high energy consumption. Something has to be wrong with the app, my meter, or the reading. Now I have to contact customer service, which is an entirely unpleasant experience. The app doesn't allow screenshots which is very inconvenient as I have to physically write down the consumption.
