EndorseMe is a work readiness tool for young people, employers and those working with them. It is a tool whereby a young person is endorsed for a series of pre-determined core “soft” work skills and attributes by their employers, mentors, coaches and teachers and carry their record on their smartphone. Work readiness forms a key part of the Youth to Employment model.
