Surprisingly good customer service. I had an issue with a token balance not displaying - I followed the suggested steps on enjins website, but to no avail. I then emailed them about my problem, frankly unsure if I would hear back from anyone. Give credit where credit is due, though - they were responsive, polite and helpful (thanks to Tasssio and Esther, if they don't mind me naming names!), and within a few days the issue was resolved. 5 stars from me.

I have lots of NFTs in my Enjin wallet. Back then, I logged in with my email and password, I'm trying to recover the wallet, but there is no provision made for logging in using apps
