1. Information is not available overnight due to processing but I often need to review data during that time. 2. When I log off from the investment data, it does not log me off from the account access. I would like to log off once, not have to do it twice. November 4, 2024. App has been improved. It is faster and more reliable. Not as much downtime and I'm used to logging off. The investment data are updating during the day instead of overnight only, so that is a big positive.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but this app is worse than older versions. I didn't think that was possible. I can't even read the figures for my portfolio mix because numbers are written on top of numbers. Statements and transaction confirmations are not available on the app. You actually have to login to the Equitable website to view those. What's the point of having the app. I am extremely disappointed. It is clear from the lack of replies that no one from Equitable reads these comments.

The updates on my account have been very slow lately. My account used to be updated when I checked it first thing in the morning and now it seems to update around noon. I like to see the daily changes with the market and it was great when I could see it early in the day. Today is 1/21/25 at 4:30pm and my app and online account haven't been updated since 1/17/25. This is frustrating and not acceptable in my opinion.
