Great site. However, it's unfortunate that clients cancel orders whenever they feel like, which affects writers. There should be rules for customers as well. You may find one client cancelling the order yet you have uploaded the file way before deadline and gives wrong reasons for cancelling. Yet the same writer invites you again to do their orders. Obviously, there are so many questions to be asked. Unless the client doesn't want to release money. If only there were rules that protect writers!

Would not allow me to edit nor delete the description despite it being worded wrong. Asked for advice, I was told to accept a bid then just cancel the order. But that then (imo) gives false hope to WRITTER. I just wanted to delete description. Could not even delete account by the end. Said I don't have permission to do so??

This app is very bad guys. The writers only get paid 35% of what you clients pay. They are fined heavily for minor errors. They have no rights. Please be giving the writers your emails and phone numbers in one of the uploaded documents in your order so for subsequent orders you can liaise directly with them. Just another greedy corporation.
