The app is not working most of the time , it is so poor in total, compare to the apps of two other major companies, for me it doesn't show the daily usage price also, only monthly it keeps loging out by itself. The developers should try more on presentation, stability and etc. Uninstalled it, you easily can use website, because the app is absolute useless

For 3 days they have not been 'able' to release the information about my monthly usage. So much for 'smart' meters. Their customer service tells me to download the app, the app repeats the same bs. They know they have to repay me for overbilling. Shameless what they get away with these days.

Wat vervelend dat je het zo ervaart. Maar heb je van te voren wel het maandverbruik kunnen inzien? Ik wil je vragen om toch even met ons in contact te komen over dit probleem, zodat we het met je kunnen oplossen. ^Ss.

A fine app, without too many issues usually. Just tried the chat function and it doesn't work: it asks for my permission to store the chat but when I click on "agree" it does nothing. Also, I have a feature request/suggestion for the app: please show the daily/monthly average temperature in the same graph as the gas and electricity consumption. This will make usage patterns much clearer
