Each generated event ticket is equipped with a secure, single-use QR code. A QR code is a 2D barcode that can be scanned and decoded using a smartphone.

Using the EventChief Validator mobile app, event administrators and coordinators can scan the QR code on the ticket to validate its authenticity—checking whether the ticket is valid, invalid, or a duplicate.

Administrators and coordinators will have timed access to validate tickets. Thanks to the app’s fast QR code scanning feature, event guests can be checked in quickly at the entry point. If scanning isn’t possible, tickets can also be validated by manually entering the serial code printed on each ticket.

Please Note: This mobile application is not intended for general use. It is exclusively for use by administrators of the EventChief ticketing platform and authorized event coordinators.
