About this app

Event Presensi is an application for checking attendance at an event. This application does not require an internet connection.

Before starting
This application requires user-generated member data in a csv file. This CSV file contains ID_member and name_member in the following format:
"id_member;"name_member"
"10000001","Isaac Newton"
"10000002","Galileo Galilei"
etc.

Start the application
1. Import member data
2. Create events
3. If there is more than one event, select one event that will be used (active)

Importing data
1. Prepare member/member data with ID (unique) and name columns.
2. Save the data in the form of a CSV file.
3. Copy the CSV data to your cellphone, recommended to the Download folder
4. Run the application, select the "Import member data" menu
5. Select the file and follow the data import instructions

Use of Presence
1. On the menu select Event attendance
2. Members can search for their name from the list or use keywords to search for it.
3. Once found, the app will confirm the name and the member can select the attend option
4. The committee can help fill out the attendance list for members who have permission or are absent

Export presence
1. Member attendance at an event can be exported to a CSV file
2. Export data based on events
3. The export file will be in the Download folder

Data confidentiality
1. This application does not store, does not send nor share your data
2. All user data, import files and export files belong to the user, and the data is the user's responsibility.
3. Member attendance data is stored in Sqlite which is available on Android. This data is not shared with other applications.

This application requires Storage Access to access to read and write csv file in shared folder (folder Download), especially for android 7 to android 9.

This application can be used to check present in a class, a small group meeting or other. You just need to create a list member to import in this application.
